Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant for our company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a Pakistani or Malayalee national with no English language requirement. This is a contract job with a salary of 900$. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will also be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as preparing invoices, tracking expenses, and processing payments
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Requirements:
- Pakistani or Malayalee national preferred
- No English language requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
