Truck Driver


A reputable logistics company in Al Ahmadi is seeking an experienced Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and materials from one location to another. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate truck in a safe and professional manner
- Transport goods and materials from one location to another
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups
- Report any incidents or accidents immediately
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license for heavy vehicles (Truck)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Truck Driver in a commercial setting
- Good knowledge of traffic laws and regulations in Al Ahmadi
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (basic level)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Physically fit to handle loading, unloading, tarping, etc.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed

Preferred:
- Malayalee nationality preferred but not required
- Experience driving trucks with manual transmission preferred
