Mason Supervisor



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our construction team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of masons on construction sites. Your main goal will be to ensure that all masonry work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to masons to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Monitor progress and quality of work being done by masons
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Train new masons on proper techniques and procedures
- Communicate with project managers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure smooth workflow
- Order materials and equipment needed for masonry work
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of various masonry techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of manual labor in various weather conditions

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

This position is located in Manama, Bahrain.
