Administrative Assistant for Malayalees in Al-Khor
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant for our growing community of Malayalees in Al-Khor. As an administrative assistant, you will provide support to our community members and assist with various administrative tasks. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month and includes accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist community members with administrative tasks such as filling out forms, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
- Manage communication between community members and external parties.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Coordinate events and meetings for the community.
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls from community members.
- Provide general office support such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of Malayalam language is preferred but not required.
