Entry Level Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Entry Level Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Salalah. This is a contract position that does not require previous experience, making it an ideal opportunity for students or those looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and seat them at their tables
- Take food and drink orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest inquiries or concerns in a professional manner
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior staff members
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
