Radio Technician


We are currently hiring a skilled Radio Technician to join our team in Nizwa. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing radio equipment such as transmitters, receivers, and antennas. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair radio equipment in accordance with safety regulations
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on radio equipment
- Create reports detailing equipment status and any necessary repairs or replacements
- Collaborate with other technicians to resolve complex issues
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in the field of radio technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Radio Technician
- Strong knowledge of radio equipment and systems
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to radio technology
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or certification in Electronics or a related field
- Knowledge of different types of radios including analog, digital, UHF, VHF, etc.
- Previous experience working with military or emergency service communication systems
