Job Title: Restaurant Manager


A reputable restaurant in Al-Khor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be of Egyptian nationality, have excellent English communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, customer service, and inventory management
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll expenses
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role preferred
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and cost control techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Must have own visa or valid work permit
- Egyptian nationality preferred
