Indian Restaurant Manager in Al-Khor, Qatar



We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As our ideal candidate, you have a passion for food and hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the Indian cuisine. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including overseeing the kitchen staff, creating menus, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation
- Create menus that reflect the diverse flavors of Indian cuisine
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices
- Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed to meet targets
- Collaborate with other managers to maintain a cohesive team environment

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Knowledgeable about various regional cuisines of India
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Hindi is preferred but not required
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
