Entry-Level Barista in Muscat, Oman

As an entry-level barista in Muscat, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages. You will work closely with our team to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our customers. This position is perfect for students looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Ensure high quality of products by monitoring the brewing, grinding, and blending processes
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment to meet health and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, handling payments, and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, we will provide training on coffee preparation techniques
- Must have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have a valid visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship in Oman

Salary:
Starting salary of 1400$ per month plus tips. Salary may increase with experience and performance.
