Loader Supervisor


We are hiring a Loader Supervisor to oversee the loading and unloading operations for our company in Dubai. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of loaders, ensuring safe and efficient handling of goods. This position is open to Malayalees with or without experience, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of loaders, ensuring timely and efficient loading and unloading of goods.
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures.
- Monitor loading schedules to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of loaded/unloaded cargo.
- Inspect equipment and materials to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Address any performance or safety issues with loaders and provide corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize loading processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Preferably Malayalee nationality.
- Ability to communicate in basic English.
- Prior experience as a supervisor or team leader preferred but not required.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
- Familiarity with loading equipment such as forklifts, cranes, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
