Long Haul Truck Driver - El-Ain

As a Long Haul Truck Driver based in El-Ain, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods over long distances. This role is suitable for individuals with experience in truck driving and a valid commercial driver's license. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently. This is a physically demanding job that requires long hours of sitting and driving. Accommodations are not provided, so we are seeking candidates who can arrange their own housing in El-Ain.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer truck to transport goods over long distances
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance
- Adhere to traffic laws and drive defensively to prevent accidents
- Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers using two-way radios or mobile phones
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times
- Report any incidents or violations to the appropriate authorities
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding load securement, weight limits, and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in truck driving
- Clean driving record with no traffic violations or accidents in the past 3 years
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to read maps and plan routes effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to sit for long periods of time, climb in/out of the truck cab, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Must be able to provide own housing in El-Ain

Salary: $1100/month (based on experience)
