Restaurant Manager
We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring high quality service and food, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The Restaurant Manager will also be in charge of inventory management, budgeting, and marketing strategies. This position requires excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in the food industry. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager and must be fluent in English. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
The key responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager include:
- Managing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, menu planning, and budgeting.
- Ensuring that the restaurant maintains high standards of quality in terms of food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Overseeing the training and development of staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service.
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, sales figures, and expenses.
- Identifying areas for improvement within the restaurant's operations and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
- Resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Knowledgeable about food safety regulations.
- Proven track record in managing budgets and controlling costs.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
