Instrument Technician


A reputable oil and gas company in Al Ahmadi is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join their team. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, suitable for men of Indian or Malayalee nationality. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and calibrating various types of instrumentation equipment used in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of instrumentation equipment such as pressure gauges, flow meters, level sensors, and control valves
- Conduct calibration and testing of instrumentation equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instrumentation systems using various tools and techniques
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of instrument-related issues
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing maintenance tasks

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in the oil and gas industry
- Diploma or certificate in Instrumentation or a related field
- Strong knowledge of various types of instrumentation equipment used in the oil and gas industry
- Experience with calibration procedures and tools
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Good communication skills in English
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
