English Tutor

Our tutoring center in Al-Khor is seeking a qualified and experienced English Tutor to join our team. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to students of all ages and levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare lesson plans and materials for individualized and group tutoring sessions
- Assess students' needs and create personalized learning plans
- Provide instruction on grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and speaking skills
- Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Communicate with students' teachers to align tutoring with classroom curriculum
- Utilize various teaching methods and techniques to engage students in the learning process
- Help students prepare for exams or improve their overall academic performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an English tutor or teacher
- Strong knowledge of grammar rules, vocabulary, reading comprehension strategies, writing techniques, and speaking skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability when working with diverse learners
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Preferred:
-Job experience as an online tutor or familiarity with online teaching platforms
-Certification in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)
-Familiarity with the Pakistani or Malayalee culture

We offer competitive salary packages starting at 1700$ per month based on qualifications and experience. This position is open to both male and female applicants.
