We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining and promoting our products to maximize sales and profit. Responsibilities:
- Implement merchandising strategies to promote our products and increase sales
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are always stocked
- Create eye-catching product displays and arrange merchandise in an attractive manner
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and preferences
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Participate in store events to showcase products and engage with customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; degree in marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1200 per month.
