Job Title: Barista (English Speaking) - Contract Position in Hawalli, Kuwait



We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait on a contract basis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.
- Ensure all beverages are made to company standards and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of various coffee drinks and techniques for preparation
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Must be an Indian national or have authorization to work in Kuwait

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700 USD per month.
