Sales Manager - Salalah, Oman
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives. Your main goal will be to increase revenue through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets and objectives set by the company
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote our products/services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management role within the same industry (preferably FMCG)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the region
