Construction Manager


We are a leading construction company based in Sharjah, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Planning and organizing construction projects, including creating project schedules, setting goals and deadlines, and allocating resources
- Managing the budget for each project, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and kept within budget
- Overseeing the hiring and management of contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project
- Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or concerns, and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion of the project
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Reporting progress updates to senior management on a regular basis

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably with experience in high-rise buildings or commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, safety standards, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team and collaborate with others
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Please note that this salary does not include accommodation. However, we do offer competitive benefits packages including health insurance.
