Job Title: Administrator
The Administrator will be responsible for managing daily office operations and providing administrative support to the team. This full-time position is based in Khasab, with a salary of 1800$. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Accommodation will be provided for all candidates, and a biometric passport is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Prepare reports and presentations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Fluency in Arabic language
