Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Khasab. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative tasks and coordinating office activities to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for company executives
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as needed
- Act as the point of contact for all internal and external communications
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software programs
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Biometric passport required for international travel
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
$1100 USD per month without accommodation.
Location:
This position is based in Khasab, Oman. Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in Oman without sponsorship.
