Sous Chef

As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee and manage the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. You will also be responsible for training and supervising kitchen staff, monitoring inventory and food costs, and ensuring all dishes are executed to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a culinary degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A competitive salary of 1700$ will be offered to the right candidate. Applicants with Omani nationality or relevant experience in Omani cuisine will be given preference.
