Restaurant Manager – Mecca, Saudi Arabia (Indians and Malayalees preferred)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that high-quality service and food are consistently delivered to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Create schedules for employees that meet the needs of the business while also ensuring fairness.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing hygiene regulations and health standards.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving profitability.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays as required.
