Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Mecca. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers have an exceptional dining experience while profitability and efficiency are maintained. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for the food and hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure high quality of food and service is maintained at all times
- Train and develop staff to ensure exceptional customer service is provided
- Manage scheduling and payroll for all employees
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Ability to speak English fluently; Arabic language skills are a plus
