Office Administrator
Our company in Jeddah is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. As an Indian or Malayalee candidate, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office. This is an English-speaking job and does not require prior experience, making it ideal for freshers or those with their own visa.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling various administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, organizing files, and coordinating meetings. You will also be in charge of maintaining office supplies and equipment, as well as overseeing the general upkeep of the office space.
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong communication skills in English and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Additionally, you should have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
