Construction Manager



Our construction company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Muscat. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from budgeting and scheduling to on-site management and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans and ensure their timely execution
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to upper management
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and address any concerns
- Prepare progress reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the Middle East region
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position. This is an urgent requirement, so candidates with own visa are preferred. Accommodation will not be provided for this role.
