Office Assistant - Salalah, Oman
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your main duties will include organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures, managing files and records, and providing general support to employees.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Biometric passport is required for international travel
