Welder Technician

We are in need of an experienced Welder Technician to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Egypt. As a Welder Technician, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal parts according to project specifications. This role requires excellent technical skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality and accurate welding work.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding requirements
- Operate welding equipment including gas, electric, and arc welders
- Select proper materials based on project specifications
- Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning or grinding
- Perform welding tasks such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Inspect completed welds for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the welding process

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder Technician in a similar role
- Proficient in various types of welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with safety procedures and precautions related to welding work
- Must be physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills in English
