Administrative Manager
We are hiring an Administrative Manager to oversee the daily operations and administrative tasks of our company in Lusail. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and secretaries
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient office operations
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Manage schedules and appointments for upper management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Oversee budgeting and expense tracking for administrative department
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination within the company
- Conduct performance evaluations for administrative staff
- Handle employee grievances or conflicts as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management principles
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
