Loader Operator (Bayan, Kuwait)


We are in need of a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials at construction sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating loaders and be physically fit to handle the demands of the position.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of loaders and other heavy equipment
- Load and unload materials in a safe and efficient manner
- Inspect machinery before and after use to ensure proper functioning
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Report any equipment malfunctions or damages to supervisor

Requirements:
- Must have previous experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
- Ability to read and understand manuals, diagrams, and instructions related to machinery operation
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Valid biometric passport or ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe
- Prior experience working in construction or related field is preferred
