Construction Manager
Location: Al-Khor, Qatar
Nationality: Indian or Egyptian preferred


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a fast-paced and demanding role that requires excellent leadership skills, strong project management abilities, and extensive knowledge of the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all construction activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Oversee the work of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other construction professionals
- Ensure that all work is being performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
- Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Manage procurement processes and negotiate contracts with vendors as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction progress and ensure quality control standards are being met
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams
- Excellent project management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month. Salary may be negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
