Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Al Buraymi. Your main responsibilities will include managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects. You will also be responsible for coordinating with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure high-quality work that meets all safety and quality standards.

You will need to have a strong understanding of construction methods and processes, as well as excellent project management skills. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders and keep them updated on project progress.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and safety standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure high-quality work that meets all safety and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project milestones are met
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders including clients, contractors, architects, etc. to provide updates on project progress
- Review contracts and negotiate changes when necessary
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, building codes, etc.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing according to plans

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position. Additional benefits such as health insurance may also be provided.

Location:
This position is located in Al Buraymi but may require occasional travel to other locations for project meetings or site visits.
