Waiter/Waitress in Abu Dhabi, UAE



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to customer needs.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks with attention to detail and timing
- Attend to any special requests or dietary restrictions of customers
- Ensure tables are properly set up before guests arrive
- Monitor tables for cleanliness and ensure they are cleared promptly after use
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Cash out customers' bills accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is required
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Attention to detail and good time-management skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must be physically fit as the job requires standing for extended periods of time

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

This job is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
