Job Title: Restaurant Manager

A reputable restaurant in Al Buraymi is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and improve overall performance
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dishes and update menu offerings
- Manage budgets, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory levels
- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide performance feedback

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Understanding of budgeting procedures and financial management principles
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Biometric passport for all nationalities
