We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Al Buraymi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the financial health of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff members to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any complaints or issues that arise.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items and special promotions.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.
- Handle financial transactions such as cash handling, banking deposits, and payroll.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff members, and suppliers.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
- Sound knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management, cost control measures, food safety standards, etc.
- Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills preferred).

Education:
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required.

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1000$ per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Al Buraymi. Preference will be given to candidates who are already residing in Al Buraymi or willing to relocate.
