Manager of Operations (African Candidates Preferred)

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Manager of Operations to join our rapidly growing company in Dubai. As the Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our organization. This position requires someone with excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including but not limited to inventory management, supply chain management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and productivity
- Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to meet goals
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial position within a similar industry
- African candidates preferred
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Dubai (accommodation not provided)
