Manager - Dubai


We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodation
- Pakistani nationality preferred, but all nationalities are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise staff members, delegating tasks as needed
- Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback as needed
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as necessary
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise in the workplace
- Prepare reports on company performance and present them to upper management.
