Logistician for International Logistics Company in Abu-Dhabi



We are seeking a skilled Logistician to join our international logistics company in Abu-Dhabi. As a Logistician, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods and materials across multiple countries. You will work closely with suppliers, carriers, and customs officials to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods and materials across multiple countries
- Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and customs officials to ensure timely delivery of shipments
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues or delays that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all international shipping regulations and requirements
- Analyze shipping data to identify areas for cost savings or process improvements
- Provide excellent customer service to clients by promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns related to logistics
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within an international setting
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a plus

This is a full-time position offering a salary of $1200 USD per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so applicants must have a valid biometric passport that allows them to work in Abu-Dhabi.
