Executive Chef - Pakistani Cuisine (Ajman, UAE)

We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef who specializes in Pakistani cuisine to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pakistani cuisine and at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef. They will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, managing kitchen operations, overseeing food quality and presentation, and training and supervising kitchen staff. The candidate must have excellent communication skills in English and be able to work well under pressure. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month, with accommodation provided. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative menus featuring authentic Pakistani dishes
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes served
- Manage kitchen operations, including food ordering, inventory control, and budgeting
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan promotions or special events featuring Pakistani cuisine
- Maintain knowledge of current food trends and incorporate new ideas into menu development

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani cuisine including traditional dishes and regional variations
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing kitchen operations, including food ordering, inventory control, and budgeting
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
