Executive Chef
We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team in Ajman. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, creating and executing menus, managing inventory and budgets, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and high-quality menus that meet the needs of our diverse clientele.
- Manage inventory, budget, and cost control to ensure profitability.
- Train, develop, and lead a team of kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan banquet events and oversee catering operations.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments to constantly improve our offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.
- Knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and food safety procedures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Egyptian nationality preferred but open to other nationalities.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
