Retail Merchandiser


Our retail company in Al-Rayyan is seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Merchandiser to join our team. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays, analyzing sales data, and implementing effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase our products and attract customers
- Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to determine product placement and stock levels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and sales strategies
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate prices, discounts, and product availability
- Train and supervise retail staff on merchandising techniques and procedures
- Monitor store layout and make necessary adjustments for optimal traffic flow

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Retail Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles, techniques, and current trends
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Familiarity with market research methods and analysis
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build positive relationships with suppliers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Malayalam (preferred) or English

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar
