Mason - Construction Worker



As a Mason in our construction team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining structures such as walls, floors, and other concrete structures. You will be responsible for mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete to create a strong and durable foundation for our projects. This is a contract job with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and dimensions of the structure
- Measure and mark surfaces to be covered with concrete
- Prepare the area by cleaning, leveling, and setting up the necessary tools and equipment
- Mix concrete by hand or using machinery according to specifications
- Pour concrete into forms or onto surfaces evenly and smoothly
- Use various tools such as trowels, floats, or screeds to spread and smooth concrete
- Finish surfaces by creating different textures or patterns using brushes or other tools
- Repair damaged surfaces by filling cracks or holes with appropriate materials
- Ensure all safety standards are followed at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or Construction Worker preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong knowledge of mixing ratios for different types of concrete preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials on a regular basis
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Fluency in English is required for effective communication on-site
- Indian nationality preferred but open to all nationalities
- Contract job with visa sponsorship available
