Surveyor Assistant


We are hiring a Surveyor Assistant to join our team in Nizwa. As a Surveyor Assistant, you will work with the surveying team to gather and analyze data for various projects. This is a full-time position and does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist surveyors in conducting field surveys and collecting data using various instruments such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Help set up and maintain survey equipment
- Perform calculations and data entry for survey data
- Assist in creating maps, drawings, and reports based on survey findings
- Conduct research and gather information related to land boundaries, topography, and other relevant factors
- Ensure accuracy of measurements and data collected during surveys
- Communicate with team members to coordinate survey activities

Requirements:
- Biometric passport is required for this position
- Previous experience as a Surveyor Assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Good knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques
- Proficiency in using computer software such as AutoCAD or GIS applications
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain
- Team player with good communication skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$. This is a full-time position that does not include accommodation.

Location:
This position is located in Nizwa, Oman. While we prefer candidates who are already located in Nizwa or willing to relocate, we are open to candidates from other locations who are able to obtain the necessary work permits.
