Handyman Technician



As a Handyman Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks at our facility in Al-Malikiyah. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with equipment and machinery
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner
- Respond to emergency repair requests as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance tasks
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance procedures and techniques
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time contract job with working hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. However, flexibility may be required for urgent repairs or projects. You will be provided with all necessary tools and equipment for the job.
