Chef de Cuisine - Mecca, Egypt


We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our renowned restaurant in the bustling city of Mecca, Egypt. As the head chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, creating menus and recipes, managing food costs and inventory, and training and supervising kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Arabic cuisine. You must be able to work well under pressure and have excellent leadership skills. A competitive salary of $1100 per month is offered, along with accommodation and other benefits.
