Executive Chef - Malayalee Cuisine

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with a passion for Malayalee cuisine to join our team in Mecca. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and creating innovative dishes that showcase the rich flavors of Malayalee cuisine. Your duties will include managing inventory, creating menus, and training and supervising kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a chef specializing in Malayalee cuisine, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required for communication with our multinational team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month and accommodations provided.
