Executive Chef (Malayalee Preferred)
We are a renowned hotel in Mecca, seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, maintaining food quality and safety standards, managing kitchen operations, and training and supervising staff. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel, exceptional culinary skills, and strong leadership abilities. Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele. Knowledge of Malayalee cuisine is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
