Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and its features to determine property boundaries, potential building sites, and other relevant information. You will use specialized equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and aerial photography to collect data and create accurate maps and reports. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land using various methods such as GPS systems, total stations, and aerial photography
- Collect data on land features including elevation, boundaries, and topography
- Create accurate maps and reports based on survey data
- Analyze survey data to identify any discrepancies or errors
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate information for development projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Maintain and calibrate survey equipment as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding survey findings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Familiarity with land surveying software such as AutoCAD
- Ability to operate specialized equipment including GPS systems and total stations
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Location: Ar Rumaythiyah
Salary: $1600 per month
Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
