Personal Trainer - Full Time (Abu Dhabi)


A reputable fitness center in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized workout plans and providing guidance and motivation to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their fitness level, goals, and any medical conditions that may affect their training
- Design customized workout plans tailored to each client's needs and goals
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans
- Provide motivation, support, and accountability to clients throughout their fitness journey
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workout environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or relevant certification in personal training or exercise science
- Passion for health and fitness with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition principles
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Malayalam is an advantage)
- Must have valid visa/work permit for employment in Abu Dhabi
