Office Assistant - Indian Nationals Only
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Bayan, working on a contract basis. As an Indian national with fluency in English, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, answering phone calls, and organizing files
- Assist with data entry and record keeping tasks
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Indian national with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Biometric passport is required for visa purposes
