Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at a luxury restaurant in Medina. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in the food and beverage industry. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, creating menus, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategic plans to increase sales and profitability
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Develop new menu items that reflect current food trends while also meeting customer preferences
- Monitor food costs, inventory levels, and budget to ensure profitability
- Ensure compliance with health codes, sanitation standards, and safety regulations
- Oversee dining room operations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with event planners or catering teams for special events or private parties
- Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, cost control, and labor management
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Familiarity with restaurant software systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
